‘Wait for the Night’ is a classic rock song about living for the time when one is no longer at work, the joy of escape to do something that you actually want to do. Austin based singer-songwriter Rick Hornyak knows of what he sings – he was playing guitar in his teens and writing songs, playing open mic’s but at the same time holding down an exhausting full-time job as a steelworker at a local factory owned by Trent Reznor’s grandfather.

With its chugging and gritty electric guitar rhythm and the rough-edged acoustic slide guitar that lends a great texture to the production, the song immediately attracts the listener’s attention. The splashes of declining piano melodies and pounding kick drum combine to form a deep and captivating beat that will have you tapping your feet. The bass pulses beautifully, giving weight to this strutting beast of a song.
“Let’s Keep On Dancing” has a contemporary feel to it, kind of like Dua Lipa or Calvin Harris, but at the same time reminds us of classic artists like the Bee Gees or Earth Wind & Fire. Chambers gives it a touch of 70s disco soul with its reverberating guitar and its MJ “Off the Wall” style vocals.
