Hollow says: “‘Wolf in Sheepskin’ was filmed on a retro-themed movie set in Phoenix, AZ by Tina Andrea. The song kicks off the record as the first track from ‘Only the Wild Ones’, and it showcases the raw emotions of living on the road as a full time artist/musician, as well as the feeling of never quite fitting the mold or conforming to what everyone else thinks you should be.”

Taiwanese singer-songwriter & experimental pop artist Paige Su’s stunning new album You’ll Live Forever in My Songs (out Feb. 24) is an 11-track collection that blurs the lines between pop, classical, jazz and experimental music, while at the same time tracing Su’s own life-journey from darkness and the specter of death to lightness, acceptance and, above all, love.
“Turkey Vulture” acts as a powerful opener to the record, kicking it off with some striking mandolin, twinkling piano, and breezy swaying melodies. Steadily, the band layers walls of guitar and pounding drums into the track, letting it build from a sunny indie folk meditation into a mountainous rock stomp.
“Nothing disturbs the good time feeling of such experienced musicians playing together. Without a doubt the standout track here, for me, is the traditional Shady Grove (a love song that has a closer relationship with the English version of the ballad ‘Matty Grove’ – as recorded by Fairport Convention) The band give it a lively outing with Lee’s mandolin taking a lead alongside Mayock’s baritone guitar.”
