Billy Keane is a founding member of indie-rock group The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow, a collective of singer-songwriters backed by Wilco’s Pat Sansone on bass and ex-Black Crowes drummer Steve Gorman. His new release “Never Give Up” is a beautiful and bittersweet song, inspired by and released under quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic.
